Super clean store with the friendliest staff specially DJ. Every order with them has been simple and they really go above and beyond to make sure we get what we asked for. My chocolate-dipped strawberries were amazing. love this place.

I recently ordered from the Edible Arrangements in Camp Hill on Hartsdale Drive, and they were absolutely amazing! The arrangement was fresh, beautifully put together, and honestly even better than the photos online. You can tell they take pride in their work because every piece of fruit was perfectly ripe and delicious.

I always wanted to be sent an edible arrangement. Iβve sent them to other people from time to time but never received one. I finally received an arrangement from my out of town parents for Motherβs Day. I was thrilled. It was left outside our front door after 6pm & was a bit lopsided. Regardless, I eagerly opened it to find pretty pineapple, cantaloupe & honeydew flowers. We decided to refrigerate it & enjoy in the morning. The next morning we served it with pancakes we made for our grown children. I was very disappointed. The fruit was not ripe!! The cantaloupe was hard & tasteless, as was the honeydew. The pineapple was a pale yellow color & was also not ripe or flavorful. Let me just say if fruits were my business I would only send fruits that were truly delicious. If your fruit isnβt ripe, let the customer know what is ripe & can be sent. The entire experience was truly disappointing. We threw out the entire arrangement. There was nothing to salvage. I will never order from this particular Edible Arrangement shop & maybe not even from any other locations. I would not want anyone to receive the crappy fruit that I did. So much for Motherβs Day.

The flowers look terrible. The email I received showed pink roses and the ones I got were yellow and wilted beyond recovery. I stood the the store for 25 minutes and I was never waited on or even acknowledged by a staff, who I could see thru the door. I emailed customer service but I've yet to hear back. Another kicker is online their advertised hours are til 6pm. They called me and asked if I could pick them up early and I said no I work til 5 and would be there at 5:15, she said they close at 5 and said she's aware online says til 6 but they close at 5. Then she called me back 5 minutes later saying they were still waiting on my order and could I wait until 5:30-5:45 and I agreed even though I placed my order 1 week ago. Then I arrive at the time they asked me to and was never ever greeted or waited on. Terrible customer service, terrible looking flowers. I'm very disappointed with my order and the quality of the flowers and the customer service.

We stopped by the Camp Hill store to pick up a FRESH MADE box of semisweet chocolate covered strawberries. The associate was super nice. Best berries! They were a hit at the dinner party that we were headed to. Highly recommend this beautiful treat!
